The Sr. Analyst, Digital Supply Chain (Customer) role is responsible for supporting Customer Excellence transformation through digitally enabled products. This role uses the Agile framework to deliver measurable value for Kraft Heinz by achieving Tier 2 savings, reducing fines, and enhancing availability through improvements in Case Fill Rate (CFR), in-stocks, and on-shelf availability. The role supports ensuring a seamless end-to-end integration with functional groups such as supply, transportation, demand planning, and customer operations while driving user adoption and an optimal end-user experience. Key focus areas include managing the team's backlog, driving iteration and story planning, and contributing to the platform's vision, roadmap, and value. The Sr. Analyst, Digital Supply Chain (Customer) role offers opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business intelligence engineers, UI/UX designers, Power Platform engineers, and Scrum Masters, to deliver products from ideation to release and through change management. The role also involves providing regular updates to cross-functional teams, progress updates, showcasing product demonstrations, and identifying and mitigating risks.
