About the position

The Sr Analyst Employee Relations role is focused on providing managerial and analytical support to the Employee Relations team at CSX. This position involves overseeing various Employee Relations systems, managing compliance investigations, coordinating with legal departments, and ensuring data integrity across multiple reporting platforms. The analyst will also be responsible for developing training programs and fostering positive relationships with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ER case management systems, including training and troubleshooting for users.
  • Oversee compliance tier ethics investigations and maintain case documentation.
  • Process legal hold and litigation records requests.
  • Research and process discipline or Employee Relations data requests.
  • Update and manage existing scorecards and reporting.
  • Ensure data integrity for CSX's Affirmative Action Plans and compliance reports.
  • Provide investigation support by gathering necessary documents and conducting research.
  • Develop and facilitate training programs to promote organizational values and ethics policies.
  • Build positive relationships with internal teams, business partners, and vendors.
  • Handle correspondence from internal and external business partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, employment law, or investigations.
  • 2+ years of experience in relevant fields, or 4+ years with an Associate's Degree.

  • Graduate Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
