About The Position
The Sr Analyst Employee Relations role is focused on providing managerial and analytical support to the Employee Relations team at CSX. This position involves overseeing various Employee Relations systems, managing compliance investigations, coordinating with legal departments, and ensuring data integrity across multiple reporting platforms.
