About the position

The Sr Analyst, Enabling Tools and Database Support at T-Mobile is responsible for gathering and analyzing user stories, creating comprehensive documentation, and facilitating communication between various organizational units. This role requires a deep understanding of AR systems and SAP architecture to support the Magenta Services Center (MSC) in achieving its goals. The analyst will also provide technical assistance, conduct gap and process analysis, and ensure that business needs are met through effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Fosters business knowledge and understanding among business systems analysts and project stakeholders.
• Elicits and evaluates information from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, and abstracts high-level information into details.
• Facilitates requirement sessions with stakeholders and documents requirements, including validation and traceability.
• Provides SME leadership and consulting support on complex tasks and initiates process improvements.
• Creates graphical representations of requirement information to augment textual documentation.
• Develops a business analysis work-plan to manage tasks and deliverables, providing information to stakeholders and Project Management.
• Facilitates business leadership in defining business roadmaps.
• Responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Quantitative Discipline.
• 4-7 years of systems analysis experience with an understanding of strategic business information systems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Consultation skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in business systems analysis and technical writing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerQuery, Python, SQL architecture & table design, and Winshuttle/RPA scripting.
