About the position

The Snacks FP&A, Sr Analyst is responsible for conducting financial analysis within the division to support informed business decisions. This role involves close collaboration with business partners to ensure an accurate financial forecasting process and to provide insights that drive strategic planning and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support all month-end close analysis and share results with the leadership team, investigating forecast variances.
• Provide proactive thought leadership focused on process efficiencies and enhanced data analysis.
• Assist in the development of the annual operating plan using zero-based budgeting, partnering closely with business cost center owners.
• Support the development of the strategic plan with a three-year horizon.
• Responsible for monthly forecast submissions with a focus on SG&A expenses.
• Support monthly and annual operating plan IBP volume forecasts.
• Assist with acquisition and divestiture work on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• A minimum of 2-4 years related financial experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to exercise discretion while managing confidential information.
• Strong PC skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SAP, EPM, and/or Power BI.
