About the position

As a Senior Financial Analyst in the FP&A team at ADP, you will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and transformation initiatives. This position involves creating financial models, conducting revenue analytics, and collaborating with various business units to provide critical insights that drive business decisions. You will be responsible for operating planning, forecasting, and management reporting, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Create the annual operating plan aligned to the strategic plan and perform forecasting to provide visibility into business results.
  • Assist in the creation of revenue financial models, review and validate assumptions, and ensure proper reconciliation and data integrity.
  • Support and build forecast models using key drivers, trend analysis, and external factors, monitoring the accuracy of existing models.
  • Continuously improve forecast accuracy by aligning to key drivers and identifying root causes of previous errors.
  • Govern and maintain the Sources of Revenue (SoR) hierarchy, including the creation and deletion of accounts for all business units.
  • Standardize calculations and definitions across common revenue drivers.
  • Expand and streamline governance of uploads for actuals, plan, forecast, and operating plan cycles.
  • Produce and distribute recurring and ad hoc management reports, ensuring financial reporting accuracy and adequate control environment.
  • Assist in driving the financial close activity and prepare monthly variance analysis on actual results versus plan/forecast.
  • Participate in presentation preparation on results, forecasts, and plans to senior management, making recommendations on opportunities/risks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant data analysis and Excel modeling skills, gained in a Financial Analyst or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
