About the position

The Snacks FP&A, Sr Analyst at Campbell Soup Company is responsible for conducting financial analysis to support informed business decisions within the Snacks division. This role involves collaborating with business partners to ensure accurate financial forecasting and reporting, while also contributing to the development of annual and strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Supports all month-end close analysis, sharing results with the leadership team and investigating all forecast variances.
• Provides proactive thought leadership focused on both process efficiencies and enhanced data analysis.
• Supports the development of the annual operating plan using zero-based budgeting and partnering closely with business cost center owners.
• Supports the development of the strategic plan with a 3-year horizon.
• Responsible for forecast submissions each month with a focus on SG&A expenses.
• Supports monthly/annual operating plan IBP volume forecasts.
• Supports acquisition and divestiture work on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• A minimum of 2-4 years related financial experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to exercise discretion while managing confidential information.
• Strong PC skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Nice-to-haves

• Experiences with SAP, EPM and/or Power BI is a plus.
