Responsibilities

• Prepare and present regular financial reports, including performance and variance analyses to senior management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses, and related monthly reports as assigned.
• Conduct financial research, analyze financial performance against objectives, and determine emerging financial trends.
• Support business unit management and other departments with informational requests and special projects.
• Maintain statistical/financial databases.
• Perform additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
