About the position

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end process for Momentive's global mobility program, serving as the primary contact for inbound and outbound moves, and oversee all relocations in close collaboration with global colleagues, managers, and vendors. The Sr. Analyst will implement special cash incentive programs and support key compensation processes throughout the year. You will act as a primary compensation consultant for our SG&A functions in the Americas. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple global responsibilities and have excellent analytical skills. This position provides the flexibility for up to two days of remote work per week and relocation benefits are available. As part of the Global Mobility responsibilities, you will provide mobility-related expertise, consultation, and cost estimates to HR partners, senior business leadership, and other key stakeholders. You will handle all aspects of new hire relocations and internal moves requiring relocation, including immigration (work authorization, visas), arrangement for tax consultants, shipping companies, relocation firms, etc., and conduct pre and post-assignment briefings. Maintaining and improving the process of tracking transfers and producing spending metrics for key stakeholders will be essential to ensure the cost-effectiveness of the mobility programs. You will also facilitate the annual tax preparation and equalization process for Korean Business Travelers and obtain technical expertise on tax, equity, immigration, social security, and payroll compliance for various countries, partnering with Regional Human Resources and Total Reward Leaders. In terms of Compensation, you will advise Human Resources Partners on compensation matters and conduct job analyses. You will design and implement new special cash incentive awards from nomination through approvals to payment, manage the ongoing administration and payment of Long-Term Incentives and retention programs, and manage the global Rewards & Recognition program. Conducting year-end market pricing analysis for the Americas and making recommendations on setting market ranges will also be part of your responsibilities. You will support the salary survey submission and analysis process, annual incentive administration, US hourly merit administration, and other compensation processes as deemed necessary. Preparing materials for the Executive Leadership Team related to our global rewards & recognition programs and leading the annual Burden Rate process will be key tasks. Additionally, you will liaise with HRIS/Workday to monitor and complete Total Rewards system projects and support broader HR data analytics initiatives beyond regular Total Rewards topics.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement new special cash incentive awards from nomination through payment.
  • Manage the ongoing administration and payment of Long-Term Incentives and retention programs.
  • Manage the global Rewards & Recognition program and act as a consultant to HR and leaders on recognition best practices.
  • Conduct year-end market pricing analysis for the Americas and make recommendations on setting market ranges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 or more years of Compensation, Benefits, HR, Global Mobility, Immigration, or Financial Analysis experience.
  • Basic understanding of Employee Relations issues and Employment law, Benefits, or statutory entitlements for locations within cross-border transferees.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively respond to Senior Leaders and employees with tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze large amounts of complex data.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Job Analysis and Leveling Tools (e.g. Willis Towers Watson or Mercer).
  • Possess a working knowledge of immigration requirements and relocation of employees, specifically understanding domestic (US) and international relocation activity, international tax issues, compensation, and payroll processes.
  • CCP certification.
