About the position

The Sr. Analyst, Health Coach Wellness position at CVS Health focuses on conducting evaluations, planning, and implementing health programs to engage and educate members for optimal health maintenance. Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine evaluation, planning, and implementation to engage, educate, and promote members to maintain optimal health status.
  • Assist with establishing and implementing results-based programs and innovative initiatives for the health and wellness area under general supervision.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of the health and wellness field to offer feedback for decisions and innovation strategies that enhance organizational growth and visibility.
  • Examine lifestyle risk behaviors to conduct comprehensive evaluation of member's health status and lifestyle risks.
  • Identify opportunities to improve member's level of health literacy, technology capabilities/access, and readiness to change.
  • Administer a plan of care based on member's health status/risks based on assimilation of health assessment data analysis.
  • Identify complex quality of care issues and edit treatment based on guidance from supervisors and established channels.
  • Coach more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years work experience in health and wellness or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
  • Working knowledge of execution and delivery skills (planning, delivering, and supporting).
  • Working knowledge of business intelligence.
  • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
  • Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.
