About the position

The Sr. Analyst, HR Data at Foot Locker, Inc. is a pivotal role focused on optimizing HR data for reporting, business processes, and system integrations. This position involves collaborating with stakeholders to enhance data management and ensure the integrity of HR data while providing support for HRIS functionalities. The role offers flexibility in work arrangements, including hybrid, remote, or in-office options.

Responsibilities

  • Provide statistical support to the HRIS team for data cleansing and definition.
  • Develop analytical reports, conduct data analysis, and summarize results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement studies and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Understand business applications to improve organizational data structure.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of HR data through regular audits and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain detailed user manuals and system guidelines.
  • Conduct training sessions or workshops on People Transaction use.
  • Support data management with a focus on transitioning to Oracle Cloud solution.
  • Provide SuccessFactors support in partnership with the HRIS manager.
  • Assist HRIS Manager and Sr. Director HRIS with Guided Self-Service implementation.
  • Communicate system changes, upgrades, and general information to HRIS managers and end-users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Information Systems (or equivalent HRIS business experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/HRIS function.
  • General Human Resources knowledge.
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong analytical, design, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office Suite.
