About the position

The Senior HR Integrations Analyst role focuses on managing and coordinating integrations within the Human Capital Management (HCM) landscape, which includes systems like SAP ECC, SAP Employee Central, and ServiceNow HR Service Center. This position is crucial for ensuring seamless integration, data accuracy, and efficiency across various HR systems and processes. The analyst will work closely with business users and IT teams to support integration needs and optimize HR workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to identify integration needs between different HR systems.
  • Configure and maintain integration points between systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Monitor and manage data flows between HR systems to ensure data integrity and timely updates.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies across systems.
  • Perform data audits to identify and rectify data quality issues.
  • Analyze existing HR processes and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Design and implement workflows that streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct testing of integration points to ensure proper functioning before and after system updates or changes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations, working closely with IT teams.
  • Create and maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and workflows.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff regarding the proper use of integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth integration of third-party HR applications.
  • Participate in vendor selection processes for HR software and tools related to integrations.
  • Ensure that integrated systems adhere to data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR or HIPAA.
  • Comply with and enforce access controls and permissions to safeguard sensitive HR data.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of integration solutions and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to HR integrations.
  • Lead or assist in HR integration projects, managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Communicate project progress to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide support to HR teams and end-users in using integrated systems.
  • Address user inquiries and issues related to integrations.
  • Facilitate change management efforts related to new integrations or process changes.

Requirements

  • Technical skills/acumen in ABAP HR, SuccessFactors Employee Central, or ServiceNow HR Service Center.
  • Experience with middleware platforms (ESB, EAI), web services (SOAP, REST), and file-based integrations (SFTP).
  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
  • 3 - 5 years of work experience in HR systems and processes.
