Responsibilities

• Support development of initial strategy and business cases to prioritize product initiatives
• Oversee customer research and competitive analysis to obtain product insights and translate them into actionable recommendations
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine the product go-to-market strategy
• Support the defining of customer value propositions by synthesizing customer needs and internal capabilities
• Assess technical and operational feasibility and support decision-making for business requirements
• Ensure product performance optimizes for customer and business objectives
• Foster relationships and serve as a subject matter expert to cross-functional partners
• Work with product leaders to drive progress in ambiguous situations

• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work nights and weekends as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Strong strategic thinker with analytical skills
• Customer-obsession with a focus on creating and advocating for customer value
• Quick learner, comfortable with nascent technologies and emerging strategies
• Fluent in MS Office including Word, Excel, and strong PowerPoint/Keynote experience
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
