The Sr Analyst, IT Marketing Systems position is pivotal in managing customer relationship management (CRM) and loyalty administration tasks. This role involves executing configuration changes based on defined technical specifications and gathering as well as documenting CRM and loyalty requirements. Additionally, the analyst will assist in managing third-party vendors, ensuring that all systems align with the company's strategic goals and operational needs. In this role, the analyst will develop and maintain essential reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Collaboration with other technical resources is crucial to ensure the smooth operation of the Marketing Systems applications landscape. The analyst will also participate in cross-functional activities across various Information Technology (IT) departments, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that the Marketing Systems application architecture evolves in response to changing business requirements. The position requires a proactive approach to reviewing emerging CRM, product information management (PIM), and loyalty technologies. The analyst will assess the potential impact of these technologies and propose innovative solutions or enhancements to existing business processes. Identifying and prioritizing the implementation of application functionality and business process improvements is a key responsibility, as is maintaining current knowledge of existing and emerging capabilities of CRM, PIM, and loyalty systems through ongoing training and peer interactions.
