About the position

The Senior Analyst (Sr. Analyst) is a key IT professional responsible for providing detailed functional and technical design recommendations for the configuration and customization of ERP and other business applications, specifically KRONOS. This role involves interacting with business clients, facilitating meetings, documenting business needs, and translating them into system solutions. The Sr. Analyst will also consult with development, testing, and training teams to ensure they have the necessary information to produce deliverables, while researching industry trends to support enterprise-wide applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed functional and technical design recommendations for ERP and business applications.
• Interact with business clients to document needs and translate them into system solutions.
• Consult with development, testing, and training groups on application requirements.
• Research industry trends to support goals and objectives within enterprise applications.
• Perform sub-project management tasks on smaller IT projects.
• Conduct meetings with client representatives to identify and create functional requirements.
• Document meeting minutes, action items, and issues as assigned by the project manager.
• Assist in the creation and review of test scripts.
• Escalate priority issues to project managers and/or lead application analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 8 years professional IT experience.
• 3-5 years of experience with KRONOS products such as Workforce Central or Dimension.
• Strong analysis skills proven in an application development/ERP implementation environment.
• Proven ability to meet project deadlines.
• Understanding of the Systems Implementation Life Cycle.
• Proven ability to perform advanced SQL and application-specific query skills.
