About the position

As a Senior Analyst in Market Research at MMIT, you will play a crucial role in simplifying the complexities of healthcare to enhance access to life-saving therapies. Your primary responsibility will be to cleanse, process, and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data, generating insights and strategic recommendations that will inform deliverables for MMIT's market research products. This position is integral to answering business questions for pharmaceutical clients and contributing to MMIT's overarching goal of facilitating smoother access to therapies. In this role, you will develop questions for multi-stakeholder surveys of varying lengths and complexities, which will drive the findings of your market research. You will utilize a variety of statistical methods to analyze the data collected, ensuring that the insights generated are both actionable and relevant. Your ability to visualize data through slide templates and formats will be essential in presenting findings in a manner that is easily digestible for clients. You will also highlight key trends in the data and provide answers to client research goals, integrating insightful narratives into various deliverable types across multiple therapeutic areas. Additionally, you will craft executive summary slides that encapsulate the key insights with the greatest impact for clients. Quality assurance will be a significant part of your responsibilities, as you will review deliverables to ensure accuracy and readiness for client presentation. Establishing foundational knowledge in therapeutic areas and market access will be necessary, as will recommending enhancements to content, deliverables, and processes. This position requires a strong commitment to high-quality work and the ability to balance multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop questions for multi-stakeholder surveys of various lengths and complexity to drive market research findings
  • Analyze market research data, both qualitative and quantitative, via a variety of statistical methods
  • Generate slide templates and formats to visualize data and associated insights in an easily digestible manner
  • Highlight key trends in data and answers to client research goals
  • Integrate an insightful and actionable narrative into multiple pharmaceutical client deliverable types across a variety of therapeutic areas
  • Craft executive summary slides to encapsulate key insights of greatest client impact
  • Review deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality, and client readiness
  • Establish foundational therapeutic area and market access content knowledge
  • Recommend content, deliverable, and process enhancements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree from a top institution and a strong record of academic achievement
  • Three to five years of professional experience in market research, marketing analysis, product management, consulting, biotech, pharmaceuticals, or managed care industry
  • Advanced writing skills and a strong interest in effective communication with all levels of the organization
  • Prior experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to identify insights
  • Ability to prepare visually appealing and easily digestible summary reports with client-ready quality
  • Strong detail-orientation, organizational skills, and commitment to delivering high quality work
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and perform in a deadline-driven environment
  • Genuine interest in professional growth and development through feedback and commitment to corporate core values
  • Well-developed time management and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and managed care industries preferred
  • Survey writing experience is preferred
