About the position

The Sr. Analyst of Data & Decision Science plays a crucial role in Maxor's analytics department, focusing on leveraging big data to drive strategic decision-making and actionable insights. This remote position is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that align with the company's goals, enhancing predictive analytics capabilities, and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Leverage big data and analytics tools to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across marketing, sales, and operations.
• Design and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of commercial strategies.
• Work closely with senior management, marketing, sales, and operations teams to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
• Continuously seek and implement improvements in analytical methodologies, tools, and practices to enhance business intelligence and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and professional growth.

Requirements

• Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in data science, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and big data technologies.
• Strong background in using advanced analytical tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Scala.
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with a proven track record of leading teams to success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and influencing senior management.

• Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy services industry.
