About the position

The Senior Analyst, Performance Management Operations, plays a crucial role in supporting high-priority initiatives within DaVita Integrated Kidney Care. This position involves collaborating with senior leaders to develop and operate integrated care programs, translating data into actionable business insights, and navigating complex program rules to aid operational decision-making. The Senior Analyst is expected to manage individual work streams effectively while working within a motivated team of professionals with consulting and project management backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert to address day-to-day program administration-related queries and work collaboratively with teammates to provide resolutions to leadership, workgroups and field operators
• Build repository and corresponding processes to support providing operators with clarity on programmatic rules
• Prepare and communicate on program-related educational materials, updates and presentations for IKC field leaders, operations teams and external partners
• Conduct and track regular communications with IKC operations teams to ensure ongoing internal and external compliance needs are met
• Prepare, organize, and display data/results to convey targeted messages for each audience, and convey findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis
• Support with organization and streamlining of program administration projects and workflows
• Act as a liaison between different business lanes within DaVita departments to facilitate the collection and analysis of program administration parameters
• Work closely with department teammates to assist in evaluating, implementing and monitoring progress on key development opportunities
• Participate in special projects outside of the day-to-day scope on responsibility
• Attend team meetings, phone conferences, and training, as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; business and/or healthcare focus strongly recommended
• 2+ years of experience in operational business setting, consulting, or corporate strategy role preferred
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet required; intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
• Advanced critical thinking, strong work ethic, creative mindset, adept communication skills, attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, efficient time management, technical aptitude, and business acumen
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with VBA and SQL a plus
