About the position

The Senior Analyst at DaVita plays a crucial role in maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting business operations by collaborating with various departments and external partners. This position involves oversight of inventory management, supplier relations, and performance reporting, ensuring that the company meets its operational needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of inventory levels by advising on recommended stock levels and supporting monthly inventory counts.
• Performing analysis to determine weekly stock orders and managing order corrections/exceptions.
• Acting as a liaison between suppliers and DaVita procurement management, tracking lead times and order adjustments.
• Monitoring and updating delivery notifications from pharmaceutical producers into third-party distribution facilities.
• Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turns, fill rates, and material availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Proficiency in utilizing PFEP (Plan for Every Part) methodology preferred.
• Proficiency in utilizing MRP (Material Requirements Planning) methodology preferred.
