Collaboration is key, as the Sr. Analyst will partner with various teams, including Analytics, Consumer Insights, Guest Experience, and Finance, to develop research plans that uncover new insights. The role involves analyzing diverse data sources to make data-driven recommendations for strategies and concepts, as well as socializing the strategic vision and gaining alignment on concepts across functions. The candidate will also create presentations and briefs to showcase strategies and concepts, aiming to gain buy-in from senior management and the CEO.
