We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our team, focusing on the rapidly evolving and highly competitive internet connectivity space. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's internet product roadmap, particularly for the value segment. The Senior Analyst will support the full product lifecycle, from initial strategy development through to go-to-market launch and beyond. This individual will work cross-functionally to develop winning customer propositions and partner with stakeholders to bring innovative products to life. Responsibilities include conducting various analyses, orchestrating customer research, developing strategic business cases, performing technology assessments, and evaluating pricing and packaging. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative problem-solver eager to work on product innovations that have a direct impact on the company's objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support development of initial strategy and business cases to prioritize product initiatives
  • Oversee customer research and competitive analysis to obtain product insights; translate them into actionable recommendations
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine the product go-to-market strategy utilizing strong analytical skills
  • Support the defining of customer value propositions by synthesizing customer needs with internal capabilities
  • Assess technical and operational feasibility; support decision-making for setting business requirements for key stakeholders and development partners
  • Ensure product performance and management optimizes for customer and business objectives
  • Foster relationships and serve as a subject matter expert to cross-functional partners across Technology, Customer Experience, Strategy, Go-to-Market, Marketing, Sales, and others
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance, with the ability to work nights and weekends as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Generally requires 3-5 years related experience
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Strong strategic thinker with analytical skills
  • Customer-obsession; prior roles with a focus on creating, defining, & advocating for customer value
  • Quick learner, comfortable with nascent technologies and emerging strategies
  • Fluent in MS Office including Word, Excel and strong PowerPoint/Keynote experience
