The analyst will assist in compiling best practices and insights from past product launches and change management initiatives, leveraging this information to enhance risk identification throughout the new product lifecycle. Additionally, the Sr. Analyst will engage in daily activities to assess the needs of business unit and functional leaders, ensuring they have a solid understanding of Operational Risk Management (ORM) and controls. This includes conducting annual knowledge assessments and refresher training sessions. The role also requires coordination with product development and service delivery teams to embed operational risk management considerations into the product lifecycle and ongoing service operations. Furthermore, the analyst will facilitate risk awareness and education within product and service teams to improve their risk management capabilities.
