As a Senior Analyst in Revenue Growth Management for Family Care at Kimberly-Clark, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of our iconic brands. Your primary responsibility will be to support best-in-class analytics and recommendations that deliver a 3% annual net sales value to the assigned branded business across various Revenue Growth Management (RGM) levers. You will influence decision-making by analyzing multiple data platforms and employing industry-leading techniques to gather insights on consumer behavior, category performance, competition, and customer insights. Your understanding of retailer sell-in and execution will be crucial in maximizing revenue generation initiatives. In this role, you will compile analyses that facilitate fast decision-making regarding RGM opportunities, particularly through price accretive actions. You will support the delivery of current year RGM business objectives, including gap closure and contingency planning, while also contributing to a pipeline of RGM initiatives that aim to deliver 2%-3% operating profit to the business over the next three years. Your work will involve supporting price strategy projects through analytics related to category, competitor, customer, and consumer dynamics. You will be responsible for understanding channel pricing relationships and enabling solutions to reduce channel conflict. This includes delivering the brand's price strategy principles, such as suggested retail pricing, promotion strategy by brand, list price and trade structures, and discount curves. Collaboration with Sales will be essential to identify and address executional barriers prior to the deployment of price strategies or RGM initiatives. Your strong analytical skills will be complemented by your knowledge of tools across multiple data platforms, allowing you to analyze consumer, category, customer, and competitive data effectively. You will evaluate competitor pricing strategies and analyze their impact on Kimberly-Clark brands, developing recommendations to address any business impacts. Additionally, you will integrate established pricing guidelines into the introduction of new SKUs, ensuring all pricing elements are developed and approved by brand leadership. You will leverage both internal and external data sources to create statistical and analytic reviews of pricing strategies, revenue optimization, and promotional price activity. Collaborating with Finance partners, you will quantify the cost of promotional strategies and ensure that trade enables everyday and promoted price strategies while meeting associated financial objectives. Furthermore, you will take a proactive approach to developing your skills and enhancing the organization's acumen around RGM considerations.
