About the position

As a Senior Analyst in Sales Strategy & Operations at Atlassian, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with sales leaders to create insightful dashboards, reporting, and visualizations that measure performance through pre- and post-sales metrics. Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales leaders to build insightful dashboards, reporting, and visualizations to measure performance with pre- and post-sales metrics.
  • Consult with sales operations teams to gather data requirements, provide direction, and share expertise.
  • Build accurate data tables with SQL and work with data engineers to streamline reporting pipelines.
  • Analyze trends and patterns in sales data to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain reporting processes to scale standards across analytics teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in an analytics, finance, consulting, or related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SQL and Tableau, with deep experience building dashboards and visualizations.
  • Experience in the technology or software/SaaS industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong collaboration abilities within a cross-functional, distributed, global team.
  • A bias for action and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • The ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing environments and initiatives.
  • High attention to detail.
