About the position
The Sr Analyst position within Enbridge's Supply Chain Management (SCM) Planning & Analytics team is essential for supporting the supply chain function through data capture and analysis. This role focuses on maintaining the accuracy of reports and dashboards, analyzing data trends, and delivering timely information to stakeholders. It requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
Responsibilities
- Capture and coordinate supply chain data.
- Analyze, monitor, and support multiple supply chain metrics and key performance indicators.
- Work multi-functionally to find opportunities and resolve partner concerns.
- Support reporting to senior leadership.
- Conduct surveys to collect customer data when needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies, leveraging tools to enhance reporting capabilities and automate processes.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent knowledge through education and experience.
- Proven communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong data analysis and data modeling skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Ability to manage concurrent initiatives and conflicting priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail in data analysis and a positive partner experience.
- Demonstrates integrity, ethical behavior, trust, safety, and stewardship.
Nice-to-haves
- Enrollment in the Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) / Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation program or equivalent is an asset.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS, or SAP.
