As a Senior Financial Analyst at Vaco, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing industry by evaluating historical and current financial information. This position requires collaboration with multiple departments to align business goals with financial performance, and it is an on-site role based in Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
• Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance.
• Conduct profitability analysis for new products, projects, or initiatives.
• Assist in business plan preparation and investment proposals.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to financial systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; Master's degree is a plus.
• 3-5 years of financial planning & analysis experience.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software (Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, etc.).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
