About the position

The Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain Planning at Moët Hennessy USA is responsible for leading demand processes and activities crucial for generating sales forecasts. This role involves close collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Finance teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure efficient distribution, thereby meeting Service Level Agreements and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build sales plans by SKU, integrating sell-out forecasts and inventory targets.
  • Provide sales forecasts by SKU and location, considering supply constraints.
  • Lead the flow of depletions to align sales forecasts with business trends and financial targets.
  • Enter Resupply PO's in SAP and monthly sales forecasts into APO.
  • Coordinate distributor sourcing to forecast demand accurately across various locations.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of forecast figures and respect frozen horizons.
  • Coordinate new product launches and handle vintage transitions using FIFO principles.
  • Improve sales forecast accuracy by product, month, and state.
  • Lead monthly S&OP forecast meetings and support financial forecast reviews.
  • Manage vintage transition reports and work to reduce slow-moving inventory.
  • Handle allocations for scarce products and reconcile allocated items quarterly.
  • Support Operations on special projects and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership growth capabilities such as balancing team members and business insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organized, autonomous, and able to manage priorities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with an understanding of supply chain mechanics.
  • Proficiency in APO, Power BI, Anaplan, and Excel.
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
