About the position

The position in Digital Solutions at HCSC is focused on constructing forecasts, developing executive-level reporting, and creating strategic plans based on business data and market knowledge. The role involves analyzing complex business problems, producing datasets for analysis, and providing insights to decision-makers. It requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to streamline processes through data automation and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Construct forecasts and develop executive-level reporting with recommendations.
• Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs.
• Provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues.
• Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.
• Perform research and assist in analyzing financial data to determine expenditures and outcomes.
• Analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources.
• Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets.
• Develop advanced analytic models to visualize and communicate data insights.
• Streamline processes through knowledge of data automation and visualizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data and Analytics, Business Administration, or Information Technology with 6 years of experience in healthcare services, statistical analysis, or digital/e-commerce, including 3 years in data analysis related to healthcare data, OR 9 years of experience in the same fields with 1 year in healthcare data analysis.
• 3-5 years of experience in the PBM/Pharmacy/Healthcare industry or related experience.
• Ability to interpret large data sets and solve complex problems.
• Knowledge of software development processes, including requirements gathering and agile methodologies.
• Proficient with data mining, statistical analysis, and data visualization software (SAS, SQL, R, SPSS, Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, Adobe, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Data and Analytics, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
• Experience in business process management and modeling.
• Project management skills.
• High business literacy with the ability to analyze data for strategic insights across digital channels.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel.
• Ability to develop and maintain automated data processing systems.
