As a Senior Android Developer at INSPYR Solutions, you will be an integral part of our mobile software engineering team, dedicated to creating customer-facing mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences while supporting key business objectives. This role involves participating in all phases of application development, including design, development, and delivery, utilizing an Agile methodology. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product owners to bring customer-focused features to life, ensuring that the applications not only meet but exceed user expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging and efficient mobile applications for millions of customers. You will write high-quality code that is maintainable and scalable, taking ownership of your code from conception through to production. Additionally, you will work alongside customer support and product owners to pivot on features and address any reported bugs, ensuring a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Android Native App Development, with proficiency in Kotlin, Java, and Jetpack Compose. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills, the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM, is essential, as is the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
