About the position

Vertex IT Systems is seeking a skilled Sr. Angular Developer to design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using Angular and React.js. This role requires a strong understanding of Angular and its ecosystem, along with experience in React.js development. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software while implementing best practices in coding, testing, and security.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using Angular and React.js.
• Write modular, reusable, and high-performance code.
• Utilize React hooks and functional components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement best practices for testing and debugging.
• Implement responsive design and mobile-first approach.
• Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Collaborate with other developers to design and optimize the application.
• Work with stakeholders and project managers to understand the requirements and deliver high-quality software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in web development specifically with Angular and React.js.
• Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Redux or similar state management libraries.
• Experience with Webpack, Git, and Jest is required.
• Experience in building web applications using React and Angular.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with GraphQL, Apollo, and AWS is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Familiarity with accessibility and web standards.
