About the position

The Sr Angular UI Developer role involves designing, developing, and testing Angular-based web applications. This position requires expertise in creating reusable UI modules and frameworks, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards, and leading technical solutions within a scrum team. The role is hybrid, based in Dallas, TX, and is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test Angular-based web applications.
• Develop reusable UI modules and unit tests using Angular (14 or greater) with TypeScript deployed on AWS S3 buckets.
• Create common reusable frameworks such as Single Sign On and Observability (logging, telemetry).
• Ensure UI development complies with Section 508/American Disability Act and perform necessary testing for compliance validation.
• Lead technical solutioning and delivery within the scrum team and mentor junior developers.
• Maintain a positive attitude in facing technical challenges and handling pressure situations.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and conduct necessary research to find solutions.
• Demonstrate good communication skills.

Requirements

• At least 10+ years of total experience in designing, developing, and testing Angular-based web applications.
• Skilled in developing reusable UI modules and unit tests using Angular (14 or greater) with Angular Material and TypeScript deployed on AWS S3 buckets.
• Expertise in Angular concepts including services, guards, resolvers, interceptors, pipes, dependency injection, and routing.
• Proficient in TypeScript 4+, RxJs operators, and HTML/SCSS best practices.
• Experience in developing common reusable frameworks such as Single Sign On and Observability.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Single-Spa (Micro front-end applications).
• Knowledge of GraphQL and Ag-Grid.
• Experience working in an AWS environment and knowledge of AWS services for deploying micro front-end applications into a serverless environment.
