Responsibilities

• Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate AI models for chatbot and IVR solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the customer service platform.
• Monitor the performance of AI models and implement ongoing enhancements.
• Lead the delivery of automated customer service and business analytic solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of building machine learning models for business applications experience.
• PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related languages.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy.
• Experience with large scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark.
