About the position

The Sr. Architect position focuses on designing and implementing software solutions, particularly in the context of Circuit Breaker components within an Azure environment. The role requires extensive experience in software development and architecture, emphasizing resilience patterns and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Circuit Breaker patterns and other resilience patterns.
• Analyze, design, and implement REST APIs and services, including APIGEE APIs.
• Configure and implement authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2.
• Utilize Azure services and deployment architectures, including AKS, Functions, App Services, Service Bus, and Logic Apps.
• Apply object-oriented design principles and design patterns in software development.
• Conduct unit testing and promote test-driven development (TDD) practices.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software development and architecture, predominantly using .NET and C# technologies in Azure environment.
• Strong background in object-oriented design (OOD), design patterns, and enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Circuit Breaker patterns or other resilience patterns.
• Proficient in Azure services and deployment architectures (AKS, Functions, App Services, Service Bus, Logic Apps, etc.).
• Good understanding of configuring and implementing authentication mechanisms like OAuth2.
• Experience with open-source technologies like POLLY and other frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) in .NET environments.
• Good understanding of cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and microservices.
