We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team and lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud, with a specific focus on its use of a Customer Data Platform with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will be responsible for architecting and delivering complex data solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business, enabling seamless data flow and enhanced marketing capabilities. This role requires a deep understanding of data warehousing, data integration, data governance, and the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly the interplay between Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud. In this position, you will take a lead role in providing strategic consultation to business customers in defining or designing complex business processes, functions, and organizational structures. You will facilitate the development of enterprise business solutions that combine knowledge of particular business processes and issues with general technological options and process facilitation techniques. Your participation in enterprise strategy development will include environmental analysis, opportunity identification, value cases, and business innovation portfolio development. You will also specify and design large or complex systems, solutions, networks, infrastructure elements, or processes. This includes selecting appropriate design standards, methods, and tools, and ensuring their effective application. You will review others' system designs to ensure the selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources, and integration of multiple systems and technology. Establishing policy for the selection of complex architecture components and evaluating major design options will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will use appropriate tools to contribute to the development of complex architectures, produce detailed component requirements, and provide advice on technical aspects of system development and integration. You will identify, propose, initiate, and lead significant improvement programs, ensuring the resolution of various complex architecture and business problems. Your role will require effective communication with all levels of the organization, managing expectations of customers, partners, and management, and participating in customer walkthroughs and plans. As a Senior Architect, you will maintain an in-depth knowledge of specific technical aspects in your area of expertise and provide expert advice regarding their application. You will also take a lead role in providing leadership and mentoring in the areas of expertise and architecture to peers, developers, management, and business users, ensuring consistency with the organization's strategic direction.
