The mission of this position is to lead the art direction and creative strategies for the heritage brand Little Tikes from concept to execution across all consumer touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of creative strategies
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of creative efforts with overall business objectives
- Execute and manage the creation of engaging content, including graphics, videos/clips, animations, ads
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, advertising, the toy industry, and children's entertainment
- Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital channels and interfaces
- Drive the vision of each marketing campaign across assets to maintain messaging, branding, and call-to-action consistency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Proven track record of 7+ years of experience in either an agency or in-house creative role
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing across various platforms
- Strong creative vision and design chops
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems
- Passion for toys, children's entertainment, and generating memorable creatives
