The Sr. Art Director position at Robert Half offers an exciting opportunity to lead creative projects in Missouri. This role involves generating innovative concepts and designs that align with various brand personalities across multiple mediums. The Sr. Art Director will collaborate with a creative team, manage projects from inception to completion, and stay updated on industry trends to deliver exceptional work.
Responsibilities
- Generate compelling concepts and designs that showcase your unique style and talent
- Adapt to different brand personalities, whether sleek and corporate or bold and quirky
- Create designs across various mediums including social, digital, video, packaging, and point of purchase
- Collaborate with a team of creative professionals including Creative Directors, ACDs, and Copywriters to produce exceptional work
- Take ownership of your projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are timely, within budget, and aesthetically pleasing
- Keep abreast of industry trends, pushing boundaries and continually bringing innovative ideas to the table
- Master the use of Mac and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Animate, Illustrator, XD
- Demonstrate solid communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining attention to detail and organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role as a Sr. Art Director
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is mandatory
- Adept in using Adobe Flash for creating dynamic content
- Mastery over Adobe Illustrator for graphic design and illustration tasks
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign for page design and layout tasks
- Ability to leverage Facebook Insights for effective social media campaigns
- Experience in creating compelling Advertisements
- Prior experience as an Art Director to understand the complexities of the role
- Experience in creating Banner Ads for various digital platforms
- Capability to enhance Brand Awareness through innovative designs and campaigns
- Experience in designing Brochures for various marketing and promotional activities.
