About the position

The Senior Associate, Chief of Staff for Business Cards & Payments (BC&P) at Capital One plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing communication, culture, and talent strategies for the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This high-visibility position involves collaborating with senior leaders, driving strategic planning efforts, and ensuring the successful execution of key priorities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and passionate about solving complex problems while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute a clear and compelling communication strategy for the CMO within Marketing & Field Analytics.
• Help attract and grow talent by developing onboarding and skill development programs.
• Continue the evolution of Magnet culture, creating an inclusive team environment.
• Direct programming and events, including Town Halls and budgeting.
• Partner with the CoS and leadership team to drive strategic direction and create a cross-functional view of the team's goals.
• Facilitate the creation of presentations that articulate strategy to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, business analysis, or strategy.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree
• 3+ years of experience in a Marketing role
• 2+ years of experience leading horizontal projects in a large, complex, and matrixed organization.
