The Senior Associate, Chief of Staff for Business Cards & Payments (BC&P) at Capital One plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing communication, culture, and talent strategies for the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This high-visibility position involves collaborating with senior leaders to drive strategic planning, enhance team morale, and ensure successful execution of key priorities. The ideal candidate will be organized, emotionally intelligent, and adept at navigating complex challenges while fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute a clear communication strategy for the CMO within Marketing & Field Analytics.
• Develop and implement talent and upskilling programs for associate onboarding and skill development.
• Evolve the Magnet culture to create an inclusive team environment.
• Direct programming for events and ongoing assessments to enhance team engagement.
• Partner with the CoS and leadership team to drive strategic direction and create cross-functional presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, business analysis, or strategy.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a Marketing role.
• 2+ years of experience leading horizontal projects in a large, complex, and matrixed organization.
