About The Position

As a member of the Corporate Development group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's inorganic growth opportunities on a global scale. This position is highly visible within the organization, requiring frequent interaction with senior executives and various stakeholders across all levels of PayPal. You will be involved in the entire deal process, from ideation and business case development to execution and post-deal integration, taking a holistic and cross-functional approach to each opportunity. Your responsibilities will include assisting in all aspects of the deal lifecycle, such as sourcing, qualification, strategic rationale, financial modeling, due diligence, and planning for closing and integration activities. You will coordinate a cross-functional deal team within PayPal and serve as a primary point of contact for target company management. Additionally, you will be expected to proactively identify and qualify new ideas and companies for PayPal from both internal and external sources, contributing to the company's strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a high-energy and innovative professional who is excited about the future of technology, financial services, and commerce. You will need to be a team player who is proactive, action-oriented, and capable of anticipating needs while being assertive and accountable.
