L3Harris is searching for talented Integration & Test engineers to support subsystem and system level testing. This Integration & Test (I&T) engineer will be responsible for the development of test plans and procedures, test scripts, and various documentation for First Article Qualification Tests and Factory Acceptance Tests. In this role, you will be a key part of the engineering team, conducting integration and test activities. You will also collaborate with other engineering disciplines, program management, quality assurance, and product leads to ensure successful project outcomes. The essential functions of this position include understanding System Requirements Documents, Interface Control Documents, and Software Requirements Specifications. The engineer will need to have knowledge and experience with electronic circuits, automated test software, support equipment, manufacturing processes, and the manufacturing test environment. Responsibilities also include supporting the set-up, configuration, and documentation of hardware and software systems under test, including loading software onto multiple system platforms. Additionally, the engineer will support the design, development, and implementation of cost-effective procedures for testing and troubleshooting components, sub-assemblies, assemblies, and systems. This includes generating test documentation such as test set design review packages (PDR, CDR, MRR), test procedures, work instructions, and test reports. The role requires building, configuring, troubleshooting, and integrating new and existing servers to provide service enhancements, application deployments, and infrastructure upgrades. The engineer will execute MIL-STD-810G and MIL-STF-461G EMI/EMC qualification testing, lead and conduct software integration and tests, and procure required equipment to support system builds while creating supporting documentation including drawing trees, parts lists, and interconnect diagrams. The position also involves designing, building, operating, and maintaining test sets and test equipment, supporting the development, allocation, and verification of requirements at all levels of the program, and debugging, analyzing, and verifying that products meet functional and performance requirements.
