About the position

As a Sr Associate, Integration/Test Engineer at L3Harris, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of test system designs for both new products and modifications of existing products. This position is essential for supporting manufacturing, engineering development, and product certification processes. You will be tasked with troubleshooting the software and hardware of existing test stations, which are vital for testing products that encompass a wide range of circuitry, including analog, digital, and RF components. Your expertise will contribute significantly to ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. In this role, you will develop custom test solutions based on the specific requirements provided by the product team. This involves designing and developing software for test stations using tools such as NI LabWindows, LabView, and TestStand. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise with the test station software and hardware, determining the root cause of these issues to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will perform inspections and reviews of test equipment-related documentation, drawings, and software to maintain compliance and operational integrity. Your responsibilities will extend to performing systems-level verification of test stations to confirm their operational capacity. You will also be required to develop comprehensive test plans, test reports, and any other documentation necessary for the design and release of test equipment. Responsibilities

  • Develop custom test solutions based on requirements from product team.
  • Design and develop software for test stations, utilizing NI LabWindows, LabView, and TestStand.
  • Troubleshoot test station software and/or hardware to determine root cause of issues.
  • Perform inspections and reviews of test equipment related documentation, drawings, and software.
  • Perform systems-level verification of test stations to ensure operational capacity.
  • Develop test plans, test reports, and any other documentation related to the design and release of test equipment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Graduate Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
