About the position

The Sr. Associate, Marketing Channel Process Manager at Capital One is responsible for driving channel strategy initiatives within the Auto business. This role focuses on developing effective marketing strategies to support dealer partners and consumers in achieving their automotive goals. The position requires strong strategic thinking and collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day channel marketing activities including campaign set-up and deployment scheduling management.
  • Conduct A/B testing and manage the deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
  • Perform QA testing and manage the implementation and creation of promotional, lifecycle, and transactional marketing programs.
  • Maintain and execute ongoing tests and learnings, making recommendations for enhancements.
  • Collaborate across teams to design and execute programs that support brand and sales goals.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency in communications.
  • Optimize marketing strategies based on past results, market changes, and consumer insights.
  • Create, document, and distribute channel strategy and campaign results.
  • Compile documentation for internal and external audits.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Google Suites.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management or Risk Management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Google Suites.
  • 2+ years of email marketing execution experience.
