We are currently hiring for the position of Senior Audit Manager/Audit Manager. The ideal candidate will have a CPA and at least 7 years of experience in audit, with preferred experience in SEC, SOX, and U.S. GAAP, particularly within the real estate, technology, healthcare, and corporate sectors. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Ensure compliance with SEC, SOX, and U.S. GAAP standards.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff and audit team members.
  • Review and finalize audit reports and financial statements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding audit findings and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to foster business growth.
  • Participate in business development activities to attract new clients.

Requirements

  • CPA certification is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of audit experience in a CPA firm.
  • Strong knowledge of SEC, SOX, and U.S. GAAP regulations.
  • Experience in real estate, technology, healthcare, and corporate sectors is preferred.
  • Big 4 or national firm experience is a significant advantage.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts).
  • Familiarity with EBP (Employee Benefit Plans) audits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
