About the position

The Sr. AWS Full Stack Developer position at CGI involves developing high-level designs and application code for a web application in the Infosec domain. This role requires collaboration in a fast-paced, agile environment, supporting one of the largest leaders in the secondary mortgage industry. The developer will work with emerging technologies and contribute to the migration of code through various environments while ensuring user testing support.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level, detailed design for application components.
• Develop application code to implement business and technical requirements.
• Develop and execute unit test cases.
• Support the migration of code through various environments.
• Support user testing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT industry experience.
• Senior-level enterprise Java developer.
• 3-4 years of experience with Struts or Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
• Experience with AngularJS or other front-end web application frameworks.
• Experience with creating and consuming SOAP-based and RESTful Web Services.
• Strong working experience with core Java APIs.
• Experience configuring and deploying software on WebLogic and/or JBoss.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience in Oracle from a Java development standpoint.
• Ability to write batch or standalone jobs.
• Experience in Unix scripting.
• Experience in DB/SQL.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with AWS is a must; AWS Certification is required.
