About the position

The Sr. AWS Full Stack Developer position at CGI involves developing high-level designs and application code for an Infosec Web application. This role requires collaboration in a fast-paced, agile environment, supporting one of the largest leaders in the secondary mortgage industry. The position emphasizes innovation and teamwork, leveraging emerging technologies to meet business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level, detailed design for application components.
• Develop application code to implement business and technical requirements.
• Develop and execute unit test cases.
• Support the migration of code through various environments.
• Support user testing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT industry experience.
• Senior-level enterprise-level Java developer.
• Minimum of 3-4 years experience with either Struts or Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
• Experience with AngularJS or other front-end web application frameworks.
• Experience with creating and consuming both SOAP-based and RESTful Web Services.
• Strong working experience with core Java APIs.
• Experience with configuring and deploying software on WebLogic and/or JBoss.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience in Oracle from a Java development standpoint.
• Ability to write batch or standalone jobs.
• Experience in Unix scripting.
• Experience in DB/SQL.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with AWS is a must.
• AWS Certification is a must.
