About the position

The Sr B2B Field Marketing Manager for Strategic Segment at T-Mobile is responsible for driving marketing initiatives that support the sales team in achieving account-based objectives. This role involves collaborating with the regional Enterprise sales team to implement territory-specific marketing activities, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement. The manager will evaluate marketing programs against quarterly goals and ensure they contribute positively to the business pipeline. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments and possesses a strong passion for B2B marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and lead all aspects of activation/growth programs that reach and engage target audiences in specific accounts.
  • Work closely with sales to understand sales targets, identify potential customers, and coordinate marketing efforts to support sales initiatives.
  • Identify and generate qualified leads through field marketing activities and digital demand generation programs.
  • Be accountable for demand generation goals (MQLs/SQLs, appointments, opportunities) and lead flow/conversion.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business and proactively identify gaps and trends that impact the region.
  • Responsible for account and relationship mapping and targeting as well as managing a marketing budget.
  • Track specific metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Establish strong relationships with key partners in marketing operations and sales operations.
  • Create and activate quality field marketing programs that drive customer engagement.
  • Work with field sales to collect customer stories and references.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of successful experience in B2B Marketing, preferably with large enterprise businesses (1,000+ employees) in technology markets.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B demand generation activities and channels.
  • Experience with B2B marketing technology stacks (Salesforce CRM, Marketing automation).
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Strong cross-functional team/project management, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Thrive in fast-paced, remote environment and willing to travel.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
