As a Senior Back-end Java Developer at INSPYR Solutions, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of backend services that are integral to our technology solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of Java and its ecosystem, as well as experience in building and deploying microservices and distributed systems. You will be responsible for designing and implementing RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring seamless service communication and integration across various platforms. Your expertise in DevOps practices, particularly with GitHub Action pipelines, will be essential for automating deployment processes and maintaining robust monitoring and logging systems. In addition to your technical skills, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your strong grasp of networking principles, including HTTP and REST, will enable you to optimize service performance and reliability. Familiarity with cloud technologies and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Docker will be vital as we continue to enhance our cloud-based solutions. While not mandatory, knowledge of Angular and Node.js will be considered a plus, as it will allow for better collaboration with front-end developers and contribute to full-stack development efforts. This is a contract position based in Fort Worth, TX, with a duration of 12 months, and the possibility of extension. We are looking for candidates who are U.S. citizens, green card holders, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States. The compensation for this role ranges from $70 to $72 per hour, reflecting the level of expertise and experience required for this senior position.
