The Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer is primarily responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and supporting advanced Power BI solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service, and experience supporting critical enterprise-grade BI solutions. Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Process Improvement methodologies, Agile Development, MPP platforms, and PostgreSQL is also a plus. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI reports and dashboards, translating business requirements into technical specifications for Power BI solutions. You will develop, implement, and optimize DAX calculations and Power Query transformations while managing and maintaining Power BI datasets, dataflows, and workspaces. Collaboration with stakeholders is key to ensuring BI solutions meet business needs and drive decision-making. You will also provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Power BI solutions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within BI solutions. Implementing best practices for Power BI development, including version control and documentation, is essential. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and team members on Power BI usage and capabilities, while staying up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and updates.
