About the position

The Sr. BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making within the organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translating them into effective BI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop BI solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting needs.
• Implement data models and ETL processes to ensure data integrity.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Optimize BI solutions for performance and usability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience with SQL and database management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with cloud-based BI solutions.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
