About the position

The Sr Brand Manager will oversee marketing creative projects from the initial seasonal concept through to execution. This role is pivotal in managing project timelines and facilitating communication among the brand, creative, and studio teams, ensuring efficient collaboration and effective creative processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing creative projects from seasonal concept to execution kick-off.
  • Keep studio, creative, brand, and styling teams connected on brand initiatives during marketing plan development.
  • Manage timelines for creative pre-planning needs starting with Concept/Seasonal Brief kickoff.
  • Own Seasonal Shoot Planning Session Kick Off to Creative Teams.
  • Create and manage brand plans for internal shoots, including pre-shoot concepting needs, set design, casting, and look builds.
  • Align with cross-functional teams (CFT) and conduct post-shoot reviews.
  • Create processes and efficiencies around new focus areas.
  • Manage and organize assets and supporting documents for new creative initiatives.
  • Oversee and validate all timelines across Digital and Stores.
  • Act as the main point of contact for creative briefs and optimize the marketing briefing process.
  • Lead and own weekly production meetings and oversee production documents.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline workflow and track project progress.
  • Stay current with project management technology tools and features.
  • Own non-channel specific projects such as internal presentation decks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in retail project management or related experience in marketing.
  • Retail or Agency experience preferred.
  • High degree of proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Proficient in Monday.com.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
