DFA Dairy Brands is seeking a passionate, energetic, and innovative individual to join their team as a Sr. Brand Manager based in St. Louis Park, MN. This role is pivotal in leading the strategy and execution of all marketing initiatives for the value-added milk business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful execution of new products and initiatives, delivering results, serving as a brand ambassador, and fostering collaborative relationships while maintaining a fun work environment. The Sr. Brand Manager will be tasked with developing and executing strategies to grow DFA's market share in the value-added milk and milk-based beverage category. This includes leading all consumer communication strategies and execution for the value-added milk brands, which encompasses brand positioning, advertising, packaging, consumer promotions, public relations, digital marketing, social media, and shopper marketing. The role also involves managing day-to-day operations with outside agency partners and working closely with the Branded ESL Commercial Director to achieve key business objectives. Additionally, the Sr. Brand Manager will lead a cross-functional team to effectively manage business operations and project execution, conduct annual business reviews, and develop the annual operating plan (AOP) marketing plan. The position requires maximizing the portfolio and initiatives to achieve both short-term and long-term sales, market share, and profit objectives. Utilizing syndicated data and consumer insights will be crucial in refining business strategies and communication efforts. The candidate will also partner with the National Accounts Sales team to identify growth opportunities across various channels, including traditional grocery, mass retail, club stores, convenience stores, and food service.
